Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

This policy explains what information Phillip Broyles Consulting LLC ("PBC," "we," "us") collects when you visit phillipbroylesconsulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and specific on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at info@broyl.es and we'll answer plainly.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a contact or discovery-call form, or schedule a call with us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you tell us about the problem you want help with. We only ask for what we need to respond to your inquiry.

By submitting your phone number, you consent to us contacting you by phone call or text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP or simply telling us to stop. Consent to texts is not a condition of working with us.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and referring or campaign identifiers (such as UTM parameters and Google click IDs) that tell us which marketing efforts brought you here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and comparable technologies to run the site, understand how it's used, and measure our advertising. Specifically:

  • Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager — to understand traffic and how visitors move through the site.
  • Google Ads — to measure the performance of our ads and, in some cases, to show relevant ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing).
  • Google reCAPTCHA — to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule and prepare for conversations with you.
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the site and our services.
  • To measure and improve our marketing, including which channels and campaigns generate qualified inquiries.
  • To protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

How we share information

We are a small firm and we don't trade in your data. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to perform their work:

  • Netlify — our website host, which also captures and delivers the inquiries you submit through our forms.
  • Google Apps Script (Google Workspace) — to run automated actions when a new inquiry arrives, such as recording it and routing internal notifications to our team, including a text-message alert when a new lead comes in.
  • Calendly — if you book a call, to schedule and manage that appointment.
  • Google — for analytics, advertising measurement, and spam protection (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, and reCAPTCHA), as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PBC or others. If our business is ever transferred or restructured, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you, to maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention settings.

Data security

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we rely on established providers to store and process data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to know what we hold about you, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain advertising-related sharing.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the advertising and analytics cookies described above — such as Google Ads remarketing — may qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out of this at any time by:

  • Turning on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in a supported browser or extension. We honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for the browser and device from which we receive them.
  • Disabling advertising cookies in your browser, or adjusting your Google Ads settings.
  • Emailing us at info@broyl.es and asking us to opt you out.

Visitors outside the United States

The site is operated from the United States, and any information you provide is processed here. If you are visiting from another country, the data-protection laws in the U.S. may differ from those where you live.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@broyl.es. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites — for example, our team members' LinkedIn profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Children's privacy

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
